Karl Ziegler
Founder, CEO
Karl Ziegler is the co-founder and CEO of Roseade USA, the parent company of Roseade Spritzer, the innovative and refreshing wine spritzer that combines top-quality Rose wine with fresh squeezed lemonade. In addition to Roseade USA, Karl founded Concurrent Imports, a wine & spirits import, wholesale, and online retail company.
Karl is a native Angeleno and was raised in the Beach Cities of Southern California. After attending UNLV Karl pursued a career in wine and spirits and ran sales organizations at a wide range of companies in the industry. Karl, however, always possessed a strong entrepreneurial desire and drive and blazed his own trail creating a multi-faceted and nimble wine and spirits company that creates trends instead of following them. Karl is an innovator and indefatigable with an impeccable reputation in the industry.
Karl is an accomplished tennis player and an avid home chef. Food & wine pairing dinners are not just for special occasions in his home – it is a way of life. He loves to travel the world to discover up-and-coming wine regions and seeks out truly “good” people with the goal of building fruitful and lasting partnerships.
Victoria Ash

Victoria Ash is the co-founder and CMO of Roseade USA, the parent company of Roseade Spritzer, the innovative and refreshing wine spritzer that combines top-quality Rose wine with fresh squeezed lemonade. In addition to Roseade USA, Victoria partners with her husband and business partner in Concurrent Imports, a wine & spirits import, wholesale, and online retail company.
Victoria is a native New Yorker, born and raised in Manhattan, with the drive and Moxy that her home city demands. After embarking on an early and successful career in Washington D.C. politics, Victoria made the strong decision to follow her passion for the wine and spirits industry. After working for many of the top ten companies in the industry, Victoria now utilizes her diverse marketing and sales experience to build her own brand. Possessing excellent communication and networking skills, she enjoys developing relationships and creating partnerships and new innovations. She and her husband are both certified sommeliers and are a wine industry super-couple who possess complementary skills and a diverse, strong network of contacts.
Victoria loves to dine well and is always the best resource for friends looking for that perfect restaurant – no matter what city. She loves the sunshine and currently resides at the beach in Los Angeles with her husband and son.

Throughout his career, Chris has specialized in overseeing national account strategies and expanding market presence for industry leaders, including Ballast Point, JuneShine, and Wings and Arrow.
His deep expertise in sales leadership and strategic planning has consistently resulted in strengthened retail partnerships and increased brand visibility on a national scale. Known for his ability to navigate the complexities of the beverage landscape, Chris remains committed to delivering excellence and innovation in every project he leads.
